overnight delivery, particularly if there are delays with NZ Post. For rural addresses,

available to sign for your parcel between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.

sign for the parcel.
 Customs and Delays: We are not responsible for any charges or delays
incurred at the receiver’s end, as these can vary based on the customs rules
in each country.
 Partnered with NZ Post: For any delivery inquiries after dispatch, please
contact NZ Post directly for assistance.

Why Signature Required
For added security, especially for high-value items, we strongly recommend selecting
the ‘Signature Required’ option at checkout. This ensures that your parcel is not left
unattended after delivery.
Important Considerations
 Non-Signature Parcels: If you choose not to require a signature, please note
that your parcel will be sent at your own risk. If you won’t be available to
receive the parcel, please make sure your courier has a secure location to
leave it.
 Liability: Unfortunately, neither Pristine Beauty Ltd nor NZ Post can offer
refunds or replacements for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen after they
have been successfully delivered to your property.
 Claims Process: If you need to initiate a claim, please contact us within 3
days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for
assistance.
